Generate web sites for you using WordPress.

Websites created with a fully professional look. Optimised for search engines, includes opt-in forms, products for sale, articles, etc. Anything and everything you need to make money online.

1. We will discuss your business model and decide on a format for your online business. This is what I will base my development tasks upon, and at this time we will agree on the look and feel of the site. Also we will agree on what we consider thee end of the development process.
2. You choose keywords for you chosen niche (Instructions will be here soon about how to do that.)
3. I will give you some places to look for WordPress themes and we will choose  a FREE one on which to base your NEW website
4. Together we will use the keywords chosen above to decide on a couple of possible domain names.
5. I will register one of theses names with a third party supplier either using your credit card or my own. (More about how this works later).
6. I will set up hosting for you with a third party supplier either using your credit card or my own. (See above)
7. I will then generate a website according to your instructions.
8. You will provide pictures, logos, information, free give-aways, products / sales info and other content as required. This will be an ongoing process as we move through the various phases of development.

When we are both happy that we have what we set-out at step one I will ask for the initial payment.

This will depend on how we have funded the the Domain name,  the hosting and any other expenses in the beginning.

• This will be $350.00 if you funded all ongoing expenses in the first instance, (ie used your credit card when we set things up initially).  They will be up to $30.00,  unlikely to be any more.  (BUTTON HERE)
• I can provide for an additional once only $50.00 payment instructions as to how you can maintain the site on a monthly basis. (BUTTON HERE)

Remember these initial 3rd party expenses “Domain Name registration” and “Hosting” are going to continue annually as long as you do not cancel them.

This is the only investment as well if I am not involved in ANY ongoing maintenance or upkeep of the website.

• If these start-up expenses were  funded by me, the initial payment will be $380.00. (BUTTON HERE)

This option is only available in conjunction with an ongoing maintenance and/or upkeep of the website.

Now I will be required to fund these third party domain name registration and hosting fees annually, and I will be arranging new content, newsletters, updates, changes, additions and all the rest on a monthly basis. The investment for this will be $53.97 paid in advance each month. This ongoing commitment will be handled by PayPal as a set and forget subscription payment. (BUTTON HERE)
